Approved partners agree to comply with ALPHAONE's Partner Code of Conduct, maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, and accurately represent ALPHAONE products and services to end customers.
Partner tiers, margin structures, and program benefits are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Partners may be re-evaluated on a quarterly basis based on performance metrics including revenue, customer satisfaction, and certification status.
Either party may terminate the partnership agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all use of ALPHAONE trademarks, co-branded materials, and confidential information must cease immediately.
This application does not constitute a binding agreement. A formal Partner Agreement will be issued upon approval and must be signed by an authorized representative of your organization.
